The building that houses the Aberdeen Art Gallery is an example of nineteenth century architecture. It is located in Schoolhill in Aberdeen, Scotland. The Collection at the Gallery
Aberdeen Art Gallery, which claims to be the largest example of a public gallery located in northern Scotland, houses a number of important art pieces drawn from several different countries and different periods of history. Some of the works are considered to be among the most important in the country. Items on display include a number of portraits by well-known painters, such as Hogarth and Reynolds.
