The Bournemouth Food Festival finale weekend has finished in a flourish.
A wide variety local food and drink producers, restaurants, cafes and hotels in Bournemouth took part by showing off the best that they had to offer at stalls around Bournemouth Square and the Triangle.
The Food Demo Kitchen which allowed people to show off their culinary skills was a great success with two students from Winton Arts and Media College, Jordan Wilkins and George Butler, both 15, appearing on stage.
Chefs from Bournemouth Highcliff Marriott Hotel, D’CoalPot, White Pepper Cookery School and La Tasca Restaurants appeared across the weekend for master classes and offered a range of culinary tips.
All of the chefs used fresh ingredients and rustled up delicious food in front of a captive audience.
Other stands at the event included Dorset Nectar providing cider made within the county, Breeze Lounge Bar and Restaurant serving cocktails, The Big Enchilada Company serving Mexican food on a big red double-decker bus and for afters the Purbeck Ice Cream serving up a delicious selection of flavours.
