Sleep specialist teacher nominated for award
A Yoga teacher who teaches children as young as six months old to stretch and relax has just been nominated for a top award. Dai Alford, who lives in Enfield, has been nominated in the What’s On 4 Little Ones? Awards for the Most Outstanding Activity Leader for the under-fives (south of England).

Gemma Hosking and Cristina Rochford-Gardiner have become passionate fundraisers since their friend was diagnosed with motor neurone disease. They managed to raise £11,000 for charity in March when they staged a comedy night and now they are trying to find people and businesses that will help them raise money at a night of dining and entertainment.
