Gordon Barr an assistant principal at North Hertfordshire College has been recognised for his successful business initiatives in the current difficult economic climate. The 30-year-old has won the prestigious Global Business Excellence Award for Outstanding Young Executive for the second time. In 2010, the Hitchin local won Hertfordshire’s Young Business Person of the Year Award at the annual Archant Business Awards.
