Fish and chips celebrate 150 years as one of Britain’s most loved traditional dishes this year, and a local man, Craig Buckley from South Cheshire, has won the 2011 Young Fish Frier of the Year award after only one year in business. 24-year-old Craig, who runs the Crewe Fish Bar, was recognised for his work at the National Fish & Chip Awards which were hosted by famous food critic Jay Rayner.
