Knitters help tiny babies

Kind-hearted knitters have got their needles into action after an appeal to find more clothes for premature babies. Thousands of tiny items of clothing have been donated to new parents at the John Radcliffe Hospital after it was revealed that they could not find clothes small enough for their tiny premature babies.

Slimmer wins national award

Architect Anneltje Hacquebord has been named Career Woman Slimmer of the Year after losing a staggering six stone in ten months. Anneltje, 34, from Osney Island, Oxford, dropped from a 15st 11lb size 20 to a size 10 after joining her local Rosemary Conley Diet and Fitness Club on the advice of her doctor.
