City Painted Blue The streets of Manchester were certainly painted blue during Manchester City Football Club’s first victory parade in 35 years.   Thousands of fans poured onto the city centre streets to make the most of the momentous occasion celebrating the club’s FA Cup victory. They began gathering outside the Town Hall early in the afternoon, ready for the teatime parade.   Flags, banners and scarves were waved in the air, some carrying the slogan “The City is Ours”. …
