Aakash is housed in a Victorian Grade 2 listed building, which was extensively refurbished in 2007, and includes an upstairs gallery as well as the main dining area. Diners can choose from an extensive a la carte menu or take advantage of the five-course Indian buffet, including over 30 dishes. Classic Indian desserts are also served, along with an extensive selection of drinks. Aakash offers private dining rooms for special occasions, weddings and corporate events and outside catering and takeaway services.
The a la carte menu has a tempting range of dishes with house specialities including Handi Ghost, Hyderabadi Chicken and Murg Ki Khurchan, while alternatives to curry and vegetarian options are also available. Buffet prices range from £10.95 per person, half-price for children and the restaurant can cater for clients with nut and gluten allergies.
Aakash restaurant can be found at Provident Place on the Bradford Road in Cleckheaton and is open from 5pm to 10:30pm Tuesday to Sunday.
