Lucy, community sports coach for Wyre Forest District Council, has won the FA McDonald’s Community Award title for Coach of the Year for Worcestershire.She was given the prize for her dedication to getting children of all abilities to take part in the game and for encouraging girls and women to enjoy the sport.

Residents are being encouraged to get their walking or running shoes on to enjoy a new fitness trail. The Burlish Top fitness trail, between Kidderminster and Stourport on Severn, has been created by Wyre Forest District Council. The project was funded with the help of Sport England.
