A hairdressers in Preston is cut above the rest in their new location.
Hair Studio 336 has relocated from Bridge Street to a new hair salon at the new Bath Street NCP car park.
The owners have also made all of the staff partners in the company.
Hair Studio 336 was launched ten years ago by sisters Janine Vose and Leonie Lawson.
Mrs Vose said: “The salon was established for 20 years in Bridge Street and we had a very good business but we wanted to expand with new services and move things forward.
“We have five stylists and two technicians but have expanded with a beautician’s salon, and a Turkish barber and wet shaving business. There are a few businesses nearby, including hairdressers and a newsagent. The premises were just bare, with breeze block walls, but we’ve had builders in who’ve done a great job. The building work started in April and we opened a few days ago. The place looks fabulous.”
The building work was carried out by Vose Construction, which is owned by Mrs Vose’s husband Chris.
Mrs Vose said: “We’re sisters and we’ve worked together for years. When we were younger, I was an assistant and Leonie worked as a Saturday girl.
“But now all the staff are partners and have invested in the building. It’s a new chapter for the business and we’re looking forward to the years ahead.”
Other member of the salon’s staff include colour technicians Kane Murphy and Becky Mort and stylists Beth Crompton, Alison Jones and Rachel Clements.
The salon’s new beauty business, Beauty Retreat, is run by Pooja Gohel.
Creative Hair, the Turkish hairdresser, men’s barber and wet shaving salon is run by Hasan Ayan.
