Former St Albans Girls’ School pupil X Factor appearance
Stephanie Effiom, a former pupil at St Albans Girls’ School (STAGS ) has described performing with Marcus Collins on The X Factor as both a privilege and a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Stephanie met Tulisa’s dog backstage and was called “honey” by judge Kelly Rowland when she performed on the popular show’s Movie themed night. St Albans School has joined a very exclusive list after taking delivery of a special set of pianos. The school, in Abbey Gateway, has now been named one of only two All-Steinway Schools in the country. A school is given All-Steinway status if its students only learn and perform on the expensive Steinway pianos.
