2015: a blockbuster year

2015 has undoubtedly been a big year for the box office as blockbuster after blockbuster has hit our screens. Gone are the Orange Wednesdays that were loved by many but the pull of the cinema definitely hasn’t left. The selection of films released this summer indicate that this trend has no intention of slowing down as records are being smashed in film genres across the board.

The real legend of Glastonbury

With the end of June comes the start of Glastonbury and for a week the newspapers, TV and social media are monopolised. After attending the festival, it is possible to argue it deserves this coverage; it truly is one of the most diverse and fascinating festivals in the world – although I might not be agreeing if I was sat at home having to endure the constant reminder I didn’t get tickets.
