Racism in football

Sadly, racism is still rife in football as highlighted in the tryst between John Terry and Anton Ferdinand, Luis Suarez’s abusive comments towards Manchester United’s Patrice Evra in 2011 and more recently the racist insults aimed at the England Under 21s team in their game against Serbia last week.

X Factor has a lot to answer for!

I read today that One Direction is now worth £26 million.  It made me laugh and cry all at the same time.  One Direction is another name to come shooting out of the X Factor cogs that seem to be increasingly feeding and monopolising the music charts nowadays.
