A family run accountants in Coventry have expanded their business and moved to new premises within the city.
Chartered certified accountant Haren Shah qualified in 1981 and set up Shah & Co in Station Street East, Foleshill in 1985 with the help of his family.
The successful company has outgrown their offices and has now moved to recently refurbished premises on the first-floor at Cash’s Business Centre in Widdrington Road, Radford. The new offices were opened by Deputy Lord Mayor, Coun Gary Crookes.
Mr Shah said: “Our new premises are fantastic and it was great to welcome the deputy Lord Mayor to officially start the next stage in our history as well as thank everyone for their support particularly my staff, their families and our clients, many of whom have been with the firm since our humble beginnings.
“This is a new era with the next generation of Shah entering the firm with my son, Jay, joining the practice after completing his training with a London firm of accountants and becoming qualified as a chartered accountant.
“The passage of time has not dulled my enthusiasm and the move to new offices along with Jay now being involved in the business has only increased my joy of seeing the firm grow while still striving to provide the same quality and personal service to the local community and beyond to people and business large and small.”
