You can look younger every day

There are stories in the news almost every day about new treatments that claim to make you look younger – from plastic surgery to eating superfoods. Whatever happened to growing old gracefully?

Before long, we will have octogenarians walking around looking like 18-year-olds.

The latest attempt to make time stand still is a treatment that claims to literally vacuum your double chin away.

Anyone who sees their neck gradually disappearing under that sagging area that comes with middle age, can pay £900 to be treated with a vacuum technology that breaks down the fat and tightens the skin. It made me wonder whether I could produce the same results at home using my Dyson?

According to a Daily Mail reporter who tried it out, the results are amazing, although apparently it is very painful to have done.

Baldness could also be a thing of the past after scientists managed to ‘grow’ human hair in a laboratory for the first time.

Prof Colin Jahoda, from Durham University, told the BBC: “I think it [baldness] will eventually be treatable, absolutely.

“It’s hard to say exactly how long that would take, but the fact that we’ve done it now should reawaken interest.”

Never mind baldness and double chins, I need a treatment that will stop my nose from getting bigger as I get older. I used to think it was an urban myth that your nose never stopped growing, but these days I know it is true. I don’t want plastic surgery, so can someone please invent a treatment that will vacuum my nose smaller?
