Heather Beresford is now a senior manager and has been promoted from her previous role as a paraplanner at financial management company Portland Financial Management.
Beresford said: “I’ve been given a lot of opportunities since joining PFM and I have enjoyed building long-term relationships with clients who trust our advice.”

Michael Hutchinson has been promoted to the position of senior manager in audit and assurance. He joined Ryecroft Glenton in 2006 as a manager. In his role he looks after larger corporate groups, charities and regional owner-managed companies.
He said: “We have a growing number of clients and many new regulations within audit and assurance, which keeps my work interesting and varied.”
Jon Routledge is now a manager in audit and assurance. He is already a qualified chartered accountant and is studying for chartered tax adviser status. Routledge said: “Audit and assurance is a growing area within the firm, and we work with clients to help them expand their businesses.”
Chris Robson Ryecroft Glenton’s managing partner said: “We are delighted to reward talent by promoting staff who have each demonstrated exceptional commitment.
